Occupy Protest Marchers Coming to Pasadena Rose Parade
After several meetings with Pasadena police officials, Occupy marchers will be allowed and not disturbed during their march at the end of the Rose Parade.
Organizers do not want to disrupt the Rose Parade, but trail and display their support.
As watchers of the parade know, there are various groups that follow the parade and march the route. It has yet to be seen how things will go with the various groups being allowed to march. Basically anyone with a billboard is allowed to march judging from years past, perhaps this upcoming parade will be somewhat different as the Occupy protestors are “official”

The Occupy demonstrators plan to display, signs near Norton, before they band together to carry a 250 foot banner of the US Constitution from Orange Grove to a post parade rally at Pasadena City Hall.
They will also display giant octopus to represent Wall Street.
The group will assemble at Signer Park at the corner of California and St. John.
