Just received my pouch of CitraClear from nuvo h20.  After learning about the water conditioning products at the Go Green Expo in Los Angeles.

CitraClear is a Dish Descaler

Contains the same formulation that is used in the home water softener units for over 25 years. Solving hard water problems for businesses and now bringing it to the residential market.

Instructions included: Remove the CitraClear from the plastic wrapper and place in the utensil basket of your dishwasher.

You may use CitraClear with or without your dishes in the dishwasher. Each bag should treat up to 5-10 loads. Once the bag is empty, simply discard and insert a new CitraClear bag.
