Spring Ice Cream Classes!
Learn how to make ice cream with Carmela founders Jessica Mortarotti and Zachary Cox.
We will go over the basics of creating ice cream at home – with demonstrations and tastings of each.
We will also go over flavor inspiration, utilizing local farmers market produce and pairing ideas.
For our Spring classes, we will be teaching our popular Earl Grey Tea ice cream and our newest Spring-inspired sorbet, Carrot Orange Ginger.
All classes are held at our Pasadena creamery.
