Welcome to the Settlement Website for In re: HP Inkjet Printer Litigation, Case No. C05-3580 JF. This website provides information about the class action settlement involving certain Hewlett-Packard Company (“HP”) inkjet printers. On October 1, 2010, the Court gave preliminary approval to the settlement and certified a settlement class of purchasers and owners of certain inkjet printers. To be a class member, you must have purchased the printer for your own use or received it as a gift in the United States (and not for resale or distribution) between September 6, 2001 and September 1, 2010.
