Daniel  wrote  about his cheese-making ingredients on his blog, danielangerer.com, and got 16,000 hits.

About one per cent of comments were disapproving, even scary, he says. But the others were positive, encouraging. Some suggested he expand his repertoire to breast-milk butter, cheese cake, ice cream.
