In the last few days Google has made some updates to the search results. At least for several searches I have made there is an icon to what appears to be a video that is hosted or is linked from the top organic search result.

I’m not sure what the purpose of this icon is. As clicking on it doesn’t really do anything other than go to the site. It could be that the video is hosted on YouTube and that the linking will eventually point to YouTube.
