Google is entering the browser war as many have speculated for years. This is an obvious move for Google.

With IE, Firefox, and Safari and several other smaller browsers, Chrome could be posed to take on marketshare from IE certainly and most likely Firefox as users look for a better experience browsing the internet.

Announced Sept 1 and to be released in 100 countries today for Windows first and later Linux and Mac.
