Google Expanding Hiring in Southern California
Reports are that Google is expanding its presence in Los Angeles, in particular the Venice/Santa Monica area. We hear the number of positions are in the 600 range.
Google already has an office in Santa Monica, central to downtown.
The Venice landmark building at 340 Main St.
Jay Chiat, who headquartered his powerhouse Chiat/Day ad agency in the building.
Would Google consider Pasadena or Burbank, lots of office space, and the valley is not that bad.. although the beach I am sure is preferred.
