You can get this deal with coupon 777(it has been there for a couple years). Per ToS, you can have only one account with dreamhost. From my experience as long as you use different CC(I don’t think the same CC can be a problem as long as u click permanently forget this CC in billing options), you can get this deal every year but you CANNOT use a domain previously used at dreamhost even if you remove the domain from dreamhost. Yes, Dreamhost has a very good memory for domains(New domains only).
