Get ready for the Grand Opening Celebration of the El Cholo Restaurant at Paseo Colorado.   Expect the opening this Fall 2010.

The location will be where a few other restaurants have been. El Cholo seems like a great fit.  Located upstairs, Upper Fountain Court, next to the P.F. Chang’s China Bistro.
