Du-Pars Pasadena Location Sold according to records.

Du-Par’s shuttered the location in the midst of the pandemic in 2020.

The location at:
214 S Lake Ave., Pasadena, CA 91101

Has had some work being doing on the location clearing out much of the furniture, and leaving bare brick walls.  Which are beautiful.

There appears to be some permits pulled for the work being done. We hope this location turns into something great for South Lake.
