Digital Storytelling Community Workshop at the Flintridge-March 2012
Digital Rain Factory will conduct three public digital stories workshops at the Flintridge Retreat Center in Pasadena, CA in 2012.
In keeping with our Community Workshop concept we are offering a very special 1-Day Digital Stories Workshop.
So many of you asked for an affordable 1-day digital storytelling workshop that we decided to schedule a 1-Day Digital Stories Intensive at the Flintridge Retreat Center on Saturday, March 31th from 8:30am-5:30pm.
Since it is a 1-Day Intensive (8 hours) tuition is: $149.00 (0r 1/2 of the 2-Day Workshop).
It will be a “Bring your own laptop” workshop and registration will be limited to a maximum of (10) participants, so register early if you’re interested in taking your first step toward utilizing Digital Stories.
You will create, and leave with, your own digital short story.

Instructors: Gayle Nicholls & Rasheed Ali
Gayle Nicholls, M.A. is recognized from coast to coast as an expert digital stories facilitator. In 10 years with the Center for Digital Storytelling, she facilitated more than seventy-five digital storytelling workshops in twenty-five US states and Canada. Gayle has also acted as consultant for several international digital stories initiatives in Asia and Europe.
Rasheed Ali is currently an independent Digital Content Producer for various media outlets. He has produced and edited Digital Storytelling Media for Television, Radio & the Web. His skill-set extends from professional experience as a music producer, recording engineer and sound editor for radio, television and commercial recordings. Rasheed has also been an associate facilitator for the Center for Digital Storytelling in Berkeley, CA.
