Denny’s may have a reason to take your friend to breakfast.

The company is offering a free “Slamwich”, with the purchase of a Grand Slam breakfast on April 8.

The slamwich has scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, ham, mayonnaise and American cheese between two pieces of maple-glazed toast.

It is normally priced at $4.99 and comes with hash browns.

The chain offered a free Grand Slam breakfast in February.

More than two million people nationwide took part in the promotion.

The slamwich promotion begins at 6 a.m. and goes until 2 p.m.
