CoTweet

We’ve noticed that no one has logged in to the @Twitter account through CoTweet lately.

CoTweet is not for everyone. It’s designed for teams who are managing the front-line of the real-time web for their organizations. It’s for people committed to engaging customers in authentic two-way conversations, rather than just broadcasting messages to followers.

No other tool allows you to engage customers one-on-one like CoTweet does.

With CoTweet you can:

  • Manage multiple Twitter accounts with multiple people communicating through those accounts
  • Monitor your brand with persistent searches
  • Share the job of being “On Duty” with email notifications when @replies and DMs are sent to your account
  • Assign tweets to team members for follow up
  • Schedule tweets and post from multiple accounts

But most importantly, only CoTweet allows you to keep track of all the conversations you and your team have with Twitter users. The ability to view prior conversations allows you to get immediate context on any user and pick up the conversation where you left off. Without this feature, it’s simply not possible for teams to effectively manage relationships through Twitter.

If you’re interested in engaging with your customers in authentic, two-way dialogs, you really should give CoTweet another try.

If you are no longer using CoTweet, we’d be interested to know why. Would you take just a few minutes to complete this survey? We’d really appreciate it.

One last thing, if you don’t sign in within the next three days, we’ll need to stop pulling data for . We can only do this for active accounts. The only change you’ll notice is that On Duty email notifications will stop, and it may take a few moments for us to reload your tweet data the next time you sign in. That’s it.

Thanks,

The CoTweet Team
