Citibank, CitiGroup, Citi Failure to Provide Customer Service

Citi has major work to do on it’s customer service and systems. The lack of accountability when it comes to resolving issues with accounts and issues and the finger pointing, lies, is ridiculous. Citi needs to fix this from the top down and bottom up.
