Chase Bank is horrible when it comes to customer support.
I’ve had a problem now for SIX months trying to setup a repeating payment. I’ve been to India and other parts of the world speak.
Speaking to Michael Stewart who has issued a draft letter where the auto payments can be made manually…
Michael is a Senior Support Specialist for Online Services
I hope the head of Chase, Jamie Diamond is paying attention to these situations, because it has been a bad situation trying to setup automatic payments.
Michael’s manager is Ruby Matthews, located in Texas.

I am now in the process of calling back Abiola Abrams (713) 262-1349 in Houston Texas.
Manger of Online Banking – Commercial Online Banking
Another conversation that went around in circles. Abby or Abiola Abrams states that I do not have the “opportunity” to setup repeat payments, because of something the mortgage group has “recently” decided…
10.20.10 – Katrina Maynard – Online banking. There is an issue. The date it would be fixed, is Nov 15, 2010. Works Carlos Ruiz. Works in research. (713) 262-1574.

But why is it that mortgage accounts cannot set repeating payments? This is apparently a “known issue” I urge you to speak with Carlos Ruiz and Abiola Abrams, both who are aware and elect to do nothing for customers. My blog receives thousands of hits many of which are searching for the cryptic errors you online system returns.
Because of
Maria Chavez – So because my name is over 22 characters, there.
Katrina Maynard – who is this boss, of the dept.

At 12:30pm PST: Larry Thode called and left me a message. The number he left was (800) 526-2406 x3457, which apparently is not a good number. So now I am trying to reach Mr. Thode and the call centers in India are telling me that he doesn’t call people, that I will need to write him a letter and fax it in… Absurd. Larry I urge you to call me back asap. I need a resolution to what is going on and I need to stop getting the run around. As you may know the error I have been encountering as explained by the rep Maria Chavez is that my name is over 22 characters long.
So because my name is too long (22 characters) I am not able to setup auto repeating payments online. You heard correct, that is what I am being told.
The customer service reps on the (800) 526-2406 are basically useless and rude.
