Tonight at 6 PM, Robert Simon (Bistro 45) throws open the doors of his latest, AKA Bistro, a New American located at Old Pasadena – One Colorado Plaza (formerly Gordon Biersch).
It’s the second location of a concept he debuted in St. Helena (although he just closed that location a few days ago).
