Which Foods Should I Eat If I Want A Healthy Pregnancy?
If you want to have a healthy pregnancy, you better start thinking about modifying your diet. This will not only be helpful to you, your baby will also take advantage of it. It is very essential to take certain vitamins and minerals during your early pregnancy and as your pregnancy develop, calories are advised to increase too.
If your diet was poor in the beginning of your pregnancy, it is not yet too late to begin the healthy pregnancy diet for more information about this diet check https://wannagetpregnant.com
Diet during pregnancy is crucial that is why junk foods should be limited
Even if during the early stages of pregnancy, you do not have the appetite you need, it is normal but you have to eat small frequent meals to sustain your pregnancy.
During the middle part of your pregnancy, however, your appetite may slight increase though it is still normal if you experience low appetite.
At the end of your pregnancy if you had the good appetite during the end trimester, you may experience weight gain. Your appetite might also increase more but be advised that it is not safe to have extremely increase in weight gain especially during the months as it may lead to complications during child birth.
Eat fish but not marlin, shark, swordfish because these kinds of fish contain large amount of mercury that may eventually harm the baby, particularly its nervous system. Fish that has higher amount of omega-3 fatty acids are important for your baby but eat moderately as too much of these oily fish may harm the unborn child in the long run. Why? It is because these oily fish may contain environmental pollutants like dioxins, which is found out to impede with the development of the baby.
