WordPress 3.2 Update Released – Faster, Lighter and more than 400 bug fixes, in addition to a few improvements in the interface, it does seem to run faster.

WordPress.org has announced the availability of WordPress 3.2 (codenamed Gershwin), the fifteenth major release of the open source publishing platform. Version 3.2, which is dedicated to noted composer and pianist George Gershwin, is available as an update in your dashboard and a download on WordPress.org.
