Change several different policies with gpedit.msc but also without result and finally i had succeeded with setting these registry keys

“ScreenSaveActive”=”0″
“ScreenSaveTimeOut”=”999999999″

You can also change the Screen Saver Settings by unchecking the box for [ ] on resume, display logon screen

one of the two should take care of it.
