You may be looking for some places to find a few last minute items for Christmas.. while it is one of the few days every year in which nearly all businesses are closed across the country. This year Christmas falling on a Saturday, only means more places are closed and workers have the day off.

Stores closed include Walmart, Target, Kmart, Old Navy and Toys R Us among others.

However, if you need to make a quick run to the store, Walgreens locations across the country will be open, as well many CVS locations will also be open. You can also check your local 7 Eleven stores and even local gas stations with grocery stores.

Other stores could be open locally too; it’s best to check your local listings or call individual stores near you to be sure.

Also, you could check with restaurants and coffee shops, as many are opened, including many Starbucks and Denny’s.
