Are you in the same position as me. You have tickets to the 2010 U2 360 Tour and it was postponed after Bono injured his back?

I was not contacted about the refund. It wasn’t until I inquired that I was told that my tickets are for a different day of the week, I went from a Saturday concert date, to a Friday concert date.

Canceled or Postponed Events

In either case, we’ll alert you ASAP.

Canceled Events – You’ll get an automatic refund for tickets bought online or by phone using your purchase payment method. If you bought your tickets at a retail location, please return them at the same location for a refund. (We refund all fees except UPS and retail pickup, and fees on certain Major League Baseball purchases.)

Rescheduled Events – We’ll contact you with the new date and time. Can’t make the new date? Get a refund upon request.

I had talked to a representative manager who offered to exchange the tickets for the Saturday date which I had orignally purchased which was changed to Friday.. how that happened I have no idea.
