- Contribution to technology, innovation and entrepreneurship
- Value and appeal
- Originality
- Business potential and team
Here’s what past Showoff companies have said:
- We launched ExpenseBay in July at Twiistup 6, The event was a great launchpad for gaining access to the angel/VC community, influential bloggers/press and best of all, hearing seasoned entrepreneurs give candid feedback on your product/services. Also, as a direct result of people we met at Twiistup 6 we’ve had investment interest from multiple sources and made the cover story of ReadWriteWeb. Winning Twiistup gave us credibility in the marketplace that were on to something big. It is a no-brainer for companies looking to tell the world their story and not having to shell out big bucks to do so.
– Eric Sikola (CEO/Founder, ExpenseBay) - The exposure we got from being a Twiistup showoff not only helped us with local VC’s, but we even had Silicon Valley investors flying down to meet with us!
– Eric Hung (Co-Founder, Educator) - We got great business development value, consumer value proposition testing, and had a great time as a bonus. I highly recommend that every newco who gets the chance to participate at Twiistup to do it!
– Ed Haslam (CEO, Diddit)
Don’t delay — apply to be a Twiistup 8 Showoff now!
See you at Twiistup
