We’re only days away from the first-ever Los Angeles Bread Festival being held at Grand Central Market this weekend,
June 6 & 7.
The free, two-day fair will bring together farmers, grain millers, bakers, chefs and bread enthusiasts to celebrate the Southern Californian bread movement.
You’ll have the chance to experience the many flavors of L.A. bread through an assortment of bread-centric pop-ups, workshops (including a community bread bake), demonstrations and moderated panel discussions.
