The Gaucho Certified Farmers Market at UCSB Wednesdays 11am-3pm

An avenue for staff, students, faculty, and the local community to access fresh, locally grown produce & artisan goods. Wednesdays from 11-3pm, Lot 23.

Getting excited about our Grand Opening
market tomorrow! Food trucks to include Georgia’s Smokehouse& Burger Bus! See you tomorrow from 11am-3pm, behind the SRB!

The Gaucho Certified Farmers Market is an avenue for staff, students, faculty, and the local community to access fresh, locally grown produce and artisan goods. We will bring together all facets of sustainability, helping to educate the UCSB community on healthy eating and living.

By defining “local” as anything grown or produced in the Tri-County area (Santa Barbara, Ventura, San Luis Obispo), the market will act as a platform to promote the rich bounty of the Central Coast. We will have farmers and artisans tabling to offer education and insight into sustainable food production. We will also invite student, staff and faculty groups to table with information on a variety of ways to be sustainable.
