So far as we can tell, yes. But we are still looking for confirmation.
Security will be extra tight within one block of the entire parade route, due to increased alert due to possible terrorist attacks. All vehicles within a one block distance of the Colorado – Sierra Madre parade route will be inspected.
Expect increased security around all Parade related events.

The 122nd Rose Parade themed Building Dreams, Friendships & Memories, will take place on Saturday, January 1, 2011 at 8:00 a.m. (PST) featuring spirited marching bands from throughout the nation, majestic floral floats, and high-stepping equestrian units.

The 121st Rose Parade themed 2010: A Cut Above the Rest will take place Friday, Jan. 1, 2010, at 8 a.m. (PST) featuring majestic floral floats, high-stepping equestrian units and spirited marching bands. Following the Rose Parade, the 96th Rose Bowl Game presented by Citi will kick off at 2:10 p.m. and feature an exciting match-up between two of the top teams in the country.
On January 7, the Tournament of Roses will also host the No. 1 and No. 2 BCS-ranked teams in the 2010 Citi BCS National Championship Game.
