After successfully orchestrating the LA Wine Fest for the past 5 years, Dr. Joel M. Fisher is bringing a new fest to the Santa Clarita Valley on February 12, 2011. Dr. Fisher, a published author, wine educator and event planner has great things in store for Santa Claritans. Held at The Embassy Suites Hotel in Valencia, the festival will include scores of vendors, wine, scotch, sake and food classes, as well as a VIP Reception that includes dinner and entertainment. There will be a wide range of talent, from home wine makers in Manhattan Beach to Napa Wineries, from scotch sommeliers to sake experts.
To complement your wine experience, you will also have the chance to purchase a plethora of delectable foods – The Grove, Maria’s Italian Kitchen, Sushiya Bar and Grilll, Strictly Vegan Jamaican Cuisine, Papas Tapas Truck, Mandoline Grill Mobiel Catering, ICUE College of the Canyons, and more.
