Safe Pet Food

Just received this email from Centinela Feed and thought I would share with you.

Safe Pet Food

We, at Centinela Feed, have been made aware of recent news bulletins regarding a recall of dry dog food due to salmonella concerns at Diamond Pet Foods’ Gaston, South Carolina facility.
The Associated Press has listed twelve brands that are currently being recalled due a possible link to human illnesses in the South and Midwest. Only four of these brands are carried at Centinela Feed. We have been assured by our contacts at Canidae, Natural Balance and Taste of the Wild that none of our products from these brands have been affected. Our Wellness product from this plant has been removed from our stores.
We want to assure you that the health and quality of your pet’s life is our number one concern. The safety and wholesomeness of the products we carry is our top priority.
This process will be evolving and we will post updated information on our website to keep you informed.
You can find more detailed information in this Associated Press news article found at:
Our knowledgeable store associates will be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. We value your loyalty, and thank you for continuing to shop with Centinela Feed.

Thank you,
Chris Nakagawa
CEO
