RIM Blackberry Plagued with Outages –
Many have written about the continued outages and that this could be the demise of RIM, they basically take one step forward with devices and then two steps back with network outages. And why is it that RIM is unique in the way it manages devices as opposed to other smartphones.
RIM is involved in some segment of the communication to “its” devices. The proprietary communication protocol to the devices is an advantage as much as a issue when there is a problem.
The problems mostly in international markets is apparently a top priority for RIM.
