Keynote address by former Nixon White House Special Assistant Bruce Herschensohn. Remarks by U.S. Marine Corps Major General Melvin G. Spiese. Remarks by U.S. Congressman Ed Royce. Musical presentation by the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing Band. Military Presentation of the Colors. AV-8B Harrier fighter jet flyover supported by Marine Aircraft Group-13. Formal 21-gun military salute supported by 1st Marine Division.
