Pasadena’s Holiday Overnight Parking Citation Moratorium occurs from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m., Dec. 23, 2016 through Jan. 3, 2017. Vehicles legally parked on the street—and not in violation of temporary No Parking restrictions on certain streets—will not be cited for overnight parking. Overnight parking citations will resume beginning 2 a.m., Jan. 4, 2017.
