Deb Swartz, owner of the “Old Town Cooking School” is joining Beyond the Olive to bring you our first cooking seminar on Monday, October 25th (6:30 – 8:30pm).
Deb and her partners will be teaching a unique class centered around olive oil. Beyond The Olive will educate your olive oil palate, while Old Town Cooking School will show you how to use olive oil in your home cooking.
Tastings, meal and wine are included in the $50 registration fee.
- Cheese Lesson featuring Cheeses you eat with olives
- Mini Tuscan pulled pork sliders
- Shrimp Provencal on a bed of orzo and olives
- Olive oil apple cake with salted caramel sauce
- Baby arugula salad with orange dressing
- Ugly bread
