Chocolate made from 100% organic, single-origin, Ecuadorian Cacao! Mindo Chocolate Makers use only the very best quality heirloom variety cocoa pods, the Nacional! Only a handful of artisans worldwide make bean-to-bar chocolate. In this process Mindo Chocolate Makers hand-select cocoa pods directly from cocoa tree farms in Ecuador, we ferment and roast the cocoa beans, separate the shell and the nibs. We then ship the nibs to Dexter, Michigan, where we grind, press and mix the nibs into cocoa powder, cocoa butter, and a variety of chocolate bars! The result is a chocolate product like you have never experienced. With each bite you will taste differing notes, like a fine wine.
