APRIL HOT OFF THE PRESS PARTY AND BOOK SIGNING FEATURING ACCLAIMED ARTIST SYD MEAD PRESENTED BY PASADENA MAGAZINE AND KPCC

Pasadena, CA, March 23, 2011 – Syd Mead designs “The City of Tomorrow,” creating an original art piece depicting his vision of the future of Pasadena in 2021 and beyond on the April cover of Pasadena Magazine. In celebration, join Pasadena Magazine and KPCC for the April Hot off the Press Party and Book Signing, Wednesday, April 6th, 2011 at the Crawford Family Forum at KPCC. During the event, Syd will present his short film 2019 A Future Imagined which will be followed by a short Q&A. Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase a copy of his long awaited book Sentury II and to meet and greet with Syd as he personally signs each book.

 

When: Wednesday, April 6th, 2011 6-8:30pm

 

What: Pasadena Magazine Hot off the Press Party and Book Signing. Showing of A Future Imagined followed by a brief Q&A. Light appetizers and refreshments will be provided.
