L.A.Outback
has relocated from Laguna Beach, California, back to Los Angeles. After three fun years with our toes in the sand and doubling the size of our shop there, the Laguna Beach space was not easily accessible to thousands of customers that found our Orange County shop a bit too far away…

We’re also having our very popular FREE Beginner Didgeridoo Classes each month up here at the house, as well as advanced didgeridoo playshops and crafting workshops. For a schedule of all upcoming events visit our Calendar Page.
Our Laguna Beach shop allowed visitors to enlighten themselves with sounds, images and literature about Australian and Aboriginal culture. We displayed hundreds of didgeridoos and yidaki to play, along with paintings on bark, canvas and art paper by fine Aboriginal artists. There’s also carvings, spears, boomerangs, clapsticks, books, videos, CDs and more.

After just one year in our Laguna Beach store we had so many new things on offer that it was getting a bit crowded in there. So we opened a wall and added a bright new space for clothing, footwear, framed art, and a changing room for customers to try things on. This area also included a “skylight” art gallery featuring the work of Derek Glaskin. Derek is a painter and surfer from Western Australia. His colorful images of the surf culture have earned him heaps of awards and patrons around the world.
