Maybe it is time we see more of this, as celebrities act as though they are to be treated differently, i.e. they can be late to hearings, disregard a judge and pretty much laugh at people in authority.
Will Ms. Lohan spend 120 days in jail? Most likely not, but the star will surely serve more than 30 days.
The judge has had it with her antics and so has the public.
There is no reason a celebrity should be allowed to get away with disrespecting the public, business owners, and a judge.

Ms. Lohan was taken into custody after the judge sentenced her to 120 days in jail for violating her drunk driving probation. This after the hearing for her theft of a necklace from a Venice shop.
