Story is out that a couple of southern California people have filed a lawsuit against KFC and its parent Yum brands.

Lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday
Is seeking Class Action status.

KFC screwed up and something must be done to make amends.
Showing up with a valid coupon offer and being turned away then having to mail your coupon in and wait for another voucher does in fact feel and look like a bait and switch. The promotion was poorly executed but equally KFC had no idea of the power of Oprah and the promotion. KFC you are giving away free food!
Denny’s and El Polo Loco have both done these promotions.

I’m sure that the court will allow class action status based on the number of complaints that we have read online.
