Mike Arrington and Jason Calacanis have
parted ways and that the TechCrunch50 conference is over–dead!

Jason is starting a new conference called the Launch Conference which will debut in early 2011. It will be the same exact as TechCrunch50, except all the profits will be invested from it in the companies that present.
