JAMES “Jimmy Mack” COCHRAN
Passed away today 12/30/08

We are sad to report the passing of James Cochran. I met Jimmy on several occasions while working at Album Network/Urban Network in Burbank. Jimmy was at Motown for many years. His circle of friends is deep and wide. Very friendly and kind.

I know Miller London who runs Urban Network was very close to Jimmy.

James “Jimmy Mac” Cochran (former Motown Records and Arista Records) made his transition yesterday morning, December 30, 2008. No further information is available at this time but will be forwarded to you when it becomes available.

Please keep his family in your prayers as they go through this most difficult time. Another soldier in the old guard has fallen, may he rest in peace.
