So this weekend our good friend Ken managed to perform a series of keystrokes that basically rotated the image on his Dell Latitude D620 notebook 180 degrees. So basically the desktop screen image was flipped upside down.
In the Control Panel there is video driver software that allows you to rotate you screen image. This selection is actually available on many Dell notebooks with the Intel Video driver.
1. Enable Rotation
2. Rotate 180.

To turn off Disable Rotation – the option may be in different locations based on your version of the hardware/software.
