Fry’s Price Matching – Use It, It Works
If you missed the small print and on some ads the large print, you would be aware that Fry’s Electronics stores, in California, Oregon, and Arizona, will price match online or offline.

I went in yesterday and was buying a new bluetooth earpiece and Fry’s matched the online price from Amazon! I saved over $15 off the sale price.

Fry’s has impressed me with this approach, I thought for sure I was going to get push back, i.e. that’s a special online price, read the small print, etc but no, it took them a little longer because it was more of a discount than some of the reps are allowed to process.

Your best bet is to always do a price check online, use Amazon for sure print or save paper and just show them on the phone, the rep will print the page for the product as well with the price, to process the price match.

Fry’s is learning the right approach to customer service and this is a major step, to win the dollar of potential customers.
