The company’s growth can be measured by the continuous expansion of the management team through the appointment of Elizabeth (Liz) Waetzig to the newly created position of Director of Transformative Leadership in the beginning of July.

In this role, Liz will work at the grassroots level to support leaders as they guide the cultural change necessary for society as we embrace an emerging clean and green economy. Liz has developed expertise in transformative leadership that she implements in a variety of mechanisms including organizational development, program development, training curricula and coaching to build knowledge and skills for leaders to move to a more sustainable way of working and living.

Liz is an adjunct faculty member of the Georgetown University Center for Child and Human Development. In this capacity, Liz supports leadership programs, organizational behavior interventions and youth involvement for youth with serious emotional disturbance. She works with leaders at community, state, and local levels to transform child serving systems at all levels. Liz is looking forward to writing and maintaining her Leader’s Log – It’s not easy leading GREEN.

Liz is a graduate of the Duke University School of Law. She is the Director of Artilient’s Leadership practice.
