This last weekend I had the pleasure to meet a new vendor at the Eagle Rock Farmer’s Market. A business run by two brothers making bottled salsa from a old family recipe. Only a few ingredients.
Made with Tomatoes, Chili peppers, fresh garlic, and Sea Salt. That’s it!
Josue Cano “The Captain” completed our series of business start-up classes this past February and immediately switched from the classroom to the kitchen and began to make his unique product. Josue’s product, El Capitan’s Garlic Salsa, is an authentic recipe from Guadalajara Mexico handed down to him by his parents.
