Eclectic Music Festival & Art Walk South Pasadena May 4, 2013

Saturday, May 4th, 2013, 2pm to 10pm. South Pasadena hosts a wide array of musicians at multiple live venues throughout town, along with an art walk, wine & beer gardens and shopping spree! Enjoy a Saturday evening in a wonderful, walkable downtown.

The Eclectic Music Festival & Art Walk emerged from the vibrant creative community in South Pasadena. The small town in the heart of LA captures the feeling of a bygone era with an intriguing mix of modern amenities from excellent bistros and cafes, art galleries and boutiques. Part of its appeal is accessibility from the Metro Gold Line – step off at Mission Station.

The South Pasadena Chamber of Commerce produced the first Eclectic Music Festival & Art Walk in 2009 with Stan Ridgway and a host of other amazing musicians. It emerged from the success of Downtown SouthPas LIVE! – a concert in a parking lot that awoke a sleepy town with all the energy and enthusiasm of an active arts community and a whole bunch of visitors from nearby.

More than 40 musicians on multiple stages. Galleries and special exhibitions. Food trucks, fine wine and craft-brewed beer. Enjoy walkable, wonderful South Pasadena’s historic business district as it comes alive with music and art.
