I’ve been having ongoing troubles with DirecTV for many months.

The problem occurs with the local channels. Intermittently when watching the channels, CBS, NBC, KTLA, ABC, or FOX the screen will go black and/or pixelate. I’ve called DirecTV several times to complain about this problem. They deny there is a problem.

After have a tech out to check out the problem on a few instances I finally started asking other if they are having this problem. Apparently others are experiencing the same directv blackouts, dropouts, lost signals.
During 24 last night, it happened at least 4-5 times. For a company like DirecTV that prides itself on customer service and brags about how good they are about responding to customers this was very disappointing to hear that my complaints are also being experienced by others.

When trying to send an email to DirecTV tonight the service is unavailable. DirecTV.com is unavailable. This happens on a regular basis.

At 10:02pm I just lost FOX for several seconds.
