I am furious. I have been having a serious problem with local channels. This morning between around 7:25am PST, Channel 4 NBC dropped out several times for 15-20 seconds. This is an ongoing problem and is unacceptable. What is being done about this. I am going to cancel my service for lack of ability to delivery basic local channels.
This is the response I received when I filled out the form:
