Dell Customer Service Parts Letter Typos

Not sure if Dell computers don’t have spell checker?

If the technician had taken the part with him, please provide us with the date the issue took place , the technician?s name, badge id and contact (phone ) number .

This information would help us locate the return and close the exchange invoice on your account at the earliest.

If otherwise and if you stil have the defective part, please ensure to return the original part back to Dell to close the exchange invoice.
