What happened in Redondo Beach, CA with all the dead fish floating into the harbor?

Some speculate it was some sort of fertilizer others say it could be an underground fissure.  The official word is that the sardines drifted into the harbor and basically there wasn’t enough oxygen so they suffocated.  Do you believe it?

Volunteers are needed to meet at the Cheesecake factory.  The cleanup runs from 9am-6pm today.
