Chirp the twitter conference is taking place now.

We are learning some interesting stats being announced during the conference.

Twitter’s Biz Stone and CEO Evan Williams shared some stats at Chirp.

– Twitter has 105, 779, 710 registered users. WOW!
– Twitter gets 300, 000 new users a day.
– Twitter It receives 180 Million Unique visitors a month.
– 75% of traffic comes from outside of Twitter.com
– You don’t have to be a registered user to visit Twitter.com.
– 75 percent of usage comes from other apps
– Developers are making 3 billion requests a day through the APIs.
– Twitter now has 175 employees, up from 25 a year ago.
