CrossFit to be featured at The 2013 Bodybuilding.com Los Angeles Fitness Expo! The Bodybuilding.com Los Angeles Fitness Expo, presented by Body Fortress and Subway Restaurants, celebrates its 10th Anniversary on Saturday and Sunday, January 19-20, 2013 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. We are excited to bring the immensely popular CrossFit events back to TheFitExpo in an even bigger and better way! This year we will be featuring the CrossFit Kids and Teen Gauntlet Competition, as well as the adult CrossFit event, “LA Battle of the Boxes”. The Gauntlet is one day competition calling for qualified youth CrossFitters in Novice (12-14 years), Junior Varsity (13-16 years) and Varsity (13-18 years, based on ability) divisions to hit multiple WODs in a mental and physical test of pure CrossFit athleticism. Stop by the CrossFit Kids booth on Saturday to put younger kids through a physical and fun obstacle course to get a taste of what the program offers or come on Sunday, January 20, 2013, to see the incredible results of training with a CrossFit Kids program.
